La Municipalidad de Iquique, a través de la Oficina de la Mujer y Equidad de Género de su Dirección de Desarrollo Comunitario, invita a las mujeres de la comuna a ser parte del XV FESTIVAL DE LA VOZ “ELENA CAFFARENA”. Este año habrá 2 CATEGORÍAS: “FESTIVAL” y “CAMPEONA DE CAMPEONAS”.
